Emplacement calme en pleine campagne. Hôte très prévenant.
Points positifs : Gîte situé dans un emplacement très calme et au plus près de la nature. Hôte très prévenant.
Points négatifs : Rien si on excepte la hauteur de plafond un peu limitée pour les personnes de 1,80 m ou plus.

Une parenthèse exquise dans un havre de paix
Points positifs : Emplacement au calme absolu entre Ste Anne St P et Sussac. Très jolie vue sur les collines limousines et leurs forêts. Appartement très confortable, bien équipé. Rien ne manque et notre hôtesse est très prévenante et pense à tout. Elle met à la disposition des voyageurs non seulement des serviettes et du linge de lit et de maison mais aussi des produits pour le quotidien, fort appréciables pour de courts séjours. C'est une personne chaleureuse et fort sympathique que nous sommes heureux d'avoir rencontrée dans ce très beau cadre et nous avons profité, quand la météo était favorable, d'une délicieuse terrasse face à la \
Points négatifs : Rien, tout était idéal et nous remercions de tout coeur Aprica pour son accueil exceptionnel. Et envions les heureux vacanciers qui vont profiter de ce cadre enchanteur en août et encore dans l'arrière-saison.

Perfect accommodation in a beautiful area, just love that view!
Points positifs : For us, it couldn’t have been a better location! A lovely lady who was really welcoming and helpful, made our stay just perfect. Clearly a lot of thought and care has gone in to this place, very clean and comfortable, we very much look forward to our next stay
Points négatifs : Would change the location of the TV, but warmer summer visits will be outside so it wouldn’t be a problem!

Charming Stay

A delight in rural France
Points positifs : Unique place...a little quirky...but very welcoming and cosy once the rather unusual layout has become familiar. L shaped accomodation with everything thought of, set into a house built on a slope in outstanding countryside. Lovely garden for the pooch, the closed gate creating the much needed safe space to mooch around in. Inside and outside dining space. Plenty of hot water. It and you definately & carefully cared for. The gorgeous Sussac swimming lake a few minutes away by car and an excellent U supermarket in Chateauneuf- la-forêt 12 minutes away by car. Quite wonderful.
Points négatifs : Part boiler room, part Hobbit house, part laundry room and part holiday home with a jolly good robust sofa bed and some pretty furniture and paintings...BUT...even though the current arrangement is delightful it doesn't really hide away the boiler and sink and industrial washing machines. A much better quality heavier curtain running wall to wall needed. Would be much tidier and would stop guests feeling as though they are in an outhouse or cellar. The right fabric would give a superb aspect to this space.This part of the studio does not have a proper window ...only a door. The whole very low ceilings...probably 5\

Great Place for a couple of nights.
Points positifs : Host very accomodating and friendly. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and good shower.
Points négatifs : I am 6ft 1inch tall, anyone bigger would need to walk around in a crouch. A warning ⚠️ when booking may help

Een heerlijk ontspannen verblijf en vanuit de tuin prachtig uitzicht op de vallei!
Points positifs : Een zeer vriendelijke, attente gastvrouw. De accomodatie is voorzien van alle gemakken en is zeer sfeervol. De tuin ligt prachtig op de heuvel en verstrekt een prachtig uitzicht op de vallei.
Points négatifs : De hoogte van het plafond en m.n. de doorgangen zijn laag. Wanneer je langer bent dan 1.85 meter, dan moet je alert blijven en je hoofd regelmatig buigen.
